Carer's Support 2016

What do we want to know?:

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council currently funds six support services for local Carers and we want to know how to improve the support available in Southend. We are considering options for a single-point of access Carer's support. This means that you could get the information and support you want, from one place.
We are therefore inviting people who provide unpaid care for another adult (18 years and over) or child who lives in Southend to share their views about what support is important.

The purpose of this consultation is to hear your views on what what works well.  This survey is part of a wider engagement and consultation to inform the future support for carers in Southend.

For a paper copy of the survey or to complete the survey by telephone please contact us. Email: Carers@Southend.gov.uk or Call: 01702 534357

Thank you for taking the time to help us shape the local offer.

Description: There will be an online a paper survey available as well as an opportunity to take part in face to face interviews to share your views.
